Nee's Kung-Fu is right for any age. You don’t need to be a kid to enjoy the wonderful physical and personal benefits of the discipline and great cardio workout. Kung-Fu training can help adults:

develop a new enthusiasm for life

get and stay in shape
spend time with their friends, spouse, and children when everyone trains together!
 
Adults of all shapes, sizes, and ages come to us, and those who stay will achieve their goals. Whether you're interested in fitness, self defense, or whatever, we're here to help you! No one has to be in shape to start Kung-Fu, it’s designed to help you get into shape. All you have to do is try, and we'll help you train based on your abilities.
