Nee's Kung-Fu offers young people and adults not only a system of self defense, but a way to get in shape physically and mentally.
We teach traditional kung-fu in which respect, discipline, goal setting and fitness are stressed as the traits of an accomplished martial artist.
All classes are arranged by age group and level of proficiency, making the learning process a more enjoyable and comfortable experience.
